Just got a new laptop, and am adding all the necessary programs. Went to URC, and they changed the dealer logon. It appears that they are making me send a bunch of info to them including a W9. Why the hell do they need that info when I am not direct? They do not pay me anything. All i want is to download the latest version of Complete Control.

Do you have an older version of CCP? Doing a live update will bring it up to date.

Yep, but it is on my old laptop. I need to get it on my new laptop I got yesterday.

Are you saying you cannot log into www.urccontrolroom.com with your existing credentials?

Right now, urcportal.com only has Total Control 2.0 software, and all the training resources that were moved from the Bluevolt training site.
