Hey everyone! I'm having a problem getting my URC controller to work the Roku box. It needs to be setup over the IP, and I have no clue how to do that. I do know what local IP channel its on at least, but using the accelerator for setting up IP is a bit beyond me. Is there a guide or anything for that?

I have everything else working on my remote, except for the Roku, the standard macro buttons I assigned don't work, I'm assuming its because those are used for IR, not IP.

Anyways Thanks for reading this.  I attached a few pics to maybe help.

that is because you purchased a dealer only system.  it isn't a simple system to just pick up and program.  there are several training courses available to dealers to learn how to program the system.  you also need access to the dealer only section of URC's website in order to get the 2 way modules for devices such as Roku.

whoever sold you the system did you a disservice.

I know I don't need any additional modules from what I already have, because it used to work, and for some reason it stopped. Ive played with the program for awhile, but Can't seem to figure out the IP part of this.

Yeah, I recently had a house built and the universal remote was all kind of a package setup. The dealer/installer is a really nice guy, hes just very busy and I don't want to keep bothering him with little things that I could learn.

I have never used Total Control but I did find URC has a Youtube channel for training, maybe something there will help.
