I just wanted to express my appreciation and thankfulness to Mike and Susan at

I bought my MX-780 more than two years ago from Surfremote and needed to reprogram it after adding a media box to my system.

After creating a new file I attempted to load it into the remote but the remote would not communicate with my computer. After not using the Complete Control for over two years, I could not understand why my remote would not communicate with my computer.

I e-mailed Surfremote and, after two quick responses from Mike, I was able to fix the problem.
