I been working with the MSC and I have been doing some testing to see if thing works! I get the triggers and 1 to 6 IR work, And I have tested an Arcam AV9 with RS232 which was in the database. I can't seem to get an Integra DTR8.4 receiver to work RS232 which is'nt in ther database so I had to write it my self! I have search the forums and found some info but I'm still have trouble. My transfer rate is correct I have the Integra protocol sheet and I have writen for exp: power ON: !1PWR01/r But NO good. I did see a forum that said integra was HEX and iIconverted it but NO GO there! Some help please, what am I missing?

I've never had a problem with Integra via RS232 and the MSC400. The "/r" at the end is not something I've seen before. The rest looks good (from memory anyway). You do need to download to the MSC first (especialy if you've changed Baud rate) before testing. Not for every time, just to get the configuration settings, after that, test away!
