Just purchased my FIVE HUNDRED dollar remote - and am finding it difficult to locate the "install" (or initial) software to set it up.

Any help? (Perhaps a link?)

Five Hundred Dollars, This MIGHT GO Back - I'm VERY "literate" and this shouldn't be that hard.

BTW: My dealer wanted an EXTRA $100 JUST to configure it?? I've configured MANY A' Logitech's - this cannot possibly be (much) more involved.

Harmony is a wizard. URC is not. That's like saying you put gas in your own car, rebuilding the engine cannot possibly be that much harder.

So you bought it from a URC dealer/integrator, or from someplace online?

You should ask your seller for the software.
