With the release of Windows 10 Creators, Windows Mobility Sync has stopped working.
If you need this function back there are 2 registry entries that return function to Mobility Sync. These have to be added from a Command Prompt (CMD) elevated to Admin Privilidges!
type:
REG ADD HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\RapiMgr /v SvcHostSplitDisable /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f
REG ADD HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WcesComm /v SvcHostSplitDisable /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f
After entered reboot the computer. Molility Sync will now work once more.
AS ALWAYS BE CAREFUL MAKING ANY REGISTRY CHANGES!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks, I've been wrestling with getting mobility center to run in win10 in order to connect my mx-980 and this did the trick.
