Upgrading one of my MX-980 remotes to the MX-990. Using CCP, I:

1. Added the new model (MX-990)
2. In Model Properties, I select Copy and pick the current MX-980 remote

The new remote is created but it only has the Listen Pages. What did I do wrong or am I missing here?

As an alternative I used Model Properties Existing dialog with same results

Thanks.

All it will show is the listen pages. You will need to right click on the remote in the model designer tree and select "show 2nd main page group". Then you will need to drag the devices from the watch page up to the main group.
