Hi everyone, I am hoping someone can help me with an issue I am having with I think is my MRF 260.

I have a MX 980 and MRF 260.

I have configured the 980 and tested it without the 260 and not had any issues but when I added the 260 my receiver won't turn off using the macro I created.

I have changed ports on the 260 as well as tried the code from the DB and the discrete code as well but the same issue.

In order to turn off the receiver I have to run the macro again.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

So if you run the macro twice, the receiver turns off?

Double up on the Off command.

Hey Kgossen ,after having a good chuckle at the simplicity of your answer I did try to double up on the command and that didn't work. I did move the command to the beginning of the macro and something interesting happened where my other components didn't power off. Curiously my receiver is in the middle of the macro.

What I ended up doing was running the entire macro twice. This actually solved the problem.

Any ideas why this would be?

Try adding 0.5 to 2.0 second delays between commands.

Take the command not executing and put it first in the macro order.

I do have delays(.1 - .5) but will try increasing them to see if it makes a difference.

Yesterday when I moved the receiver to the top of the list nothing turned off so I put it back to the middle of the macro.

I've never had to do more than a .1 second delay in any URC macro but I always put in a delay!

We would have to see the macro first, then we should be able to help as to what's happening. .

Post it here or you can PM me.

I'd post here to get the most eyes on it.

Thanks for the help.

Increasing the delays did fix everything. I initially upped them to 2sec and I am slowly bringing them back down to see which one(s) could be the issue.

Thanks again for your help.
