Recently my computer battery died during the saving of my MX-990 remote file. The remote file now opens blank. Must be corrupt. The remote works fine. I tried unsuccessfully to download the file off the remote back onto the computer. It goes through the process like it worked but nothing shows up. Any ideas other than rebuilding the whole file?

Anyone have a solution to this???

Have you tried temporarily removing the battery from the remote to reset it? Occasionally my PC won't recognize the remote and that solves the problem.
