Story:
I purchased the following back in 10/2007:
MX-880 (1) / MX-980 (2) / MRF-350 / MRF-260 (2)
from an authorized dealer who does not sell URC anymore and therefore does not have access to the URC dealer portal website.
I am looking for only the Expansion Packages for the MX-880 and MX-980. These expansion packages do not get updated via the live update and hence need to be downloaded and installed separately.
These remotes are discontinued and once again I do not need the CCP programming software only the Expansion Packages for MX-880 and MX-980.
I have already called URC and they would not give me the expansion packages for these remotes even after I stressed "NOT" the CCP software just the expansion packages.
If there is anyone out there that can help me. Much would be appreciated.

they still have access to the website, they just don't feel like helping you.

I can't thank you enough.
My URC authorized dealer said this is why they stopped selling URC Remotes.
These are fantastic remotes.
Could you imagine how great this company could be if they were just a little understanding.
