Hello,
This week, my MX880 (using RF) seems to not function well in regards to all my programmed favorites for Xfinity Channels. For years, everything has been working fine...The buttons are not over-used and/or worn out like you would think volume or power buttons would be.

Was there a new Xfinity update that might be screwing me up? Anyone else have an issue like this?

If the channel favorite is '837 + enter' it might just show an 8. Now technically it doesn't even do that. Even when I stand right in front of AV equipment.

....Yet, I can type 8, 3, 7 on the number pad when I am across the room and it works perfectly...Seems odd.

Ignore this question...I just had some outdated codes that apparently worked up to this point.

I am reprogramming the favs and they appear to be working fine now.

Thanks.

I am still trying to figure out the last couple of button codes on the Samsung Smart remote that I bought a few mos ago. I cannot learn from it and I cannot locate the code I need. :(

make sure you add a short delay between the commands.  usually .1 or .2 seconds is enough between each command.   otherwise the remote sends them out too fast and the box usually won't keep up.
