Hi. I have tried on two separate MSC's that I've previously programmed using the same Fujitsu notebook with Windows XP but since I updated my URC program, I can no longer upload new programs. I keep getting the error "The MSC Basestation was not connected to USB!". I've tried multiple computers and USB cables. I even tried a computer that has never been used for programming. I installed the URC software and when I plugged in the USB cable, Windows told me that it installed the drivers needed for the USB and that it was connected successfully. I really need to get this project finished! I can communicate with all the other hand held remotes in the project (4 in total). There are 2 MSC basestations and I can't communicate with either one.
Help please!!

Never had a problem with a 400 and XP. Luckily was smart enough to move my clients away when URC stopped supporting the 400 on anything but 32bit.

Never mind! I was using the front USB connector when I should have been using the rear! All is well again!

the front usb is the programming port, the rear usb is a keyboard emulator to control a pc.
