One of my MX-3000 remotes now has a Fatal Application Error "Application RC.exe has performed and illegal operation and will be shut down...". I've tried many times to resend the file to it and it has been successful. I've even tried other known good files and still get the error. It shows up shortly after booting up. I've tried the reset button many times which doesn't help.
Any thoughts on what can be done to save it?

Could be the file became corrupt. Whip up a smaller interface and upload, see if you still get the same error codes.

I just installed CCS in it's original form (version 1.20.154) without any updates on another PC and going to try to take it all the way back. I put the original sample file on it and IT WORKED!
Then moved it over to my normal PC with the newer version of CCS (1.40.012) and put the file back on it and it's still up and running.
Hope this helps others out there! I was about ready to toss this one in the trash.
