I just purchased a mx 990 and I love it but copying my old mx 980 file gave me a problem I have never experienced before because a macro won't work on the 990. On the mx 990 I have a device called Projector and a simple alias which is jump to projector page 1 and it does it in CCP but when downloaded to the remote nothing happens. Any ideas?
Deleted the icon and the macro and then used a different icon and wrote a new macro with the same result. Again it works in CCP but not on the remote. I even deleted the device and then created a new device and it still does not work on the MX 990.
