I am programming my MX3000. I am using it with just IR codes. I have created a macro to turn on my DVD player and turn off the cable box and switch from Video 1 to DVD on my receiver and then jump to page 1 on dvd. On the dvd page I have created a macro to go back to my cable. I turned on the cable box, turn off the DVD player and switch the receiver to Video 1 from DVD. But for some reason it turns off my TV when I haven't put a code in. Does anyone have any answers for this? Help.

-Are your IR codes learned or from the database?
-Are you sure your aliased commands are pointing in the right direction?
-Are there discrete power commands for the TV?

You also should to be a bit more descriptive and you will get answers much quicker.

Try using delays between the macro commands.
