I have a marantz 8802 - there are some commands I'd like to program that arent in CCP. I have the excel file from marantz with the RC-5 codes, but cant seem to get it done right in either Pronto or Make Hex - the code I generate just doesnt work.

Below is a link to the Marantz excel file with rc-5 codes.

I'm trying to generate the codes from specific trim adjustments. For example, "Ch. Selecet" which has a RC-5ex of "system 16, command 37 extension 33"

Any advice would be appreciated!

According to the linked Excel spreadsheet, Ch. Select is System 16, Command 37, Extension 33.  Ch. Select is listed in row 200.  This is not the RC5 IR protocol, but RC5X instead.

IrScrutinizer gives:
0000 0073 0000 000F 0020 0020 0040 0040 0040 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 00C0 0040 0020 0020 0040 0040 0040 0020 0020 0040 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0040 0020 0AA8

To get this, go to the Generate Tab, select rc5x as the IR protocol, put 16 in the D box, 37 in the S box, and 33 in the F box.  Click Generate.

In case you haven't already figured it out, on the Menu, go to Options and change the Output Text Format from Raw to Pronto Hex.
