My URC MX-350 died on me and I want to replace it with an Osiris MX-350. Just want to make sure it is compatible with my MRF-300.

Osiris is just the name assigned to the mx350 when urc was naming remotes. It's the same remote, by URC

After the days of the MX-500 and MX-700, there was a short-lived period of time when URC got the idea to give the products names, rather than only model numbers. I think that ultimately confused people and was dropped after a generation. I don't even remember all the names. There was no real convention to the naming.
I never cared for the naming concept, unless there were only names and no numbers. It's like saying Sony Prestige XBR-75X850D. Some people will call it a Prestige, some will call it a XBR-75X850D. Not all will be on the same page.
Anyway, there's your URC history lesson on product names. Enjoy!

I saw a comment somewhere that said the MX-350 (without Osiris marking) is narrow band while the Osiris is not. Is this true?
