I have a client who has a bunch of urc mx900i remotes with mrf-260i rf to ir emitters. I would love to get rd of all this stuff, but in two locations, I absolutely need to keep this setup. I do not have software, but need to reprogram the two remotes as we recently replaced cable boxes, and tvs. client is not really happy with product, but neither I nor she want to reinvent wheel here. I just have to control a receiver, cable box, and apple tv inside a closed closet. cable box, xfinity x1, works fine with native rf, the denon receiver, apple tv and Panasonic projector do not work with xfinity remote. I cannot seam to find the software for this remote... could use a little help here.
thanks in advance

The software is available on URC's dealer only site. Www.urccontrolroom.com

Talk to your URC rep or distributor for info on how to register.

I am not a dealer, will not be selling these units, as my goal is to make the setup as easy as possible for clients, everytime I see the programmable remote setups in a home, the clients has no idea how to use it. this particular client has an awesome theater room, beautiful, but nothing works.. I replaced the old comcast box with an x1, voice activated remote, they love it, but the denon receiver is rf, , the apple tv is rf, the Panasonic projector does not work with x1 remote..... so I think I am forced to use the mx900i and reprogram it, or just scrap it all and get some ir / rf adapters..... I hate URC, why would they make this so difficult, so you have to be authorized reseller to make changes to sytem. the authorized dealer who installed this setup, was crazy..... most complicated no functioning setup I have ever seen. I provide a way easier and more effective setup with Sonos and comcast. the X1 voice remote and sonos app is all my clients ever need. sounds great and is easy as pie to work with.... can someone just help me out with a download link for the software so I can get this done....

The universal remote makes it easy. Anything but a properly programmed universal remote is a clusterfvck.

You haven't seen a properly programmed remote. I love walking into jobs with these terribly programmed remotes. A simple reprogram and I gain a client for life.

Exactly! Nothing better than a control "rescue".
