Hey Shallowearth, I got it to work!!
I ended up using code 205.
I had to play around with it for a few hours. 195 worked too but the "EXIT" button would not work with 195 and I could not teach the remote the EXIT command from the original.
The other thing I discovered was the EYE had to be in the EXACT position over the IR receiver of the RNG150N and then I had to turn the power of that eye all the way down on the MRF350. It's working great now.

Cool! I am not sure why xfinity made the IR so sensitive you can over load them really easily as you have discovered, I think they are trying to be more sensitive to general direction blasters like from your TV or xbox etc (not the isolated eye type). I always seem to spend time tweaking the power on the MRF350 and the xfinity boxes to get them just right.

See if the STOP command works for EXIT.
