Hi there,
I generally use the older editors with my remotes, but thought I'd dig out CCP and install it on my new Win10 laptop. I run CCP, it discovers it's an old version and attempts to upgrade itself, but never completes. It always just seems to hang while downloading one file or another.
Anyone any tips of how to get this to finish it's download fully ?

Did you download CCP from URC?

No. It is the original installation file I was given when purchasing my remote. I moved laptops and just took that across rather than the one installed in the windows/program directory. The dealer I got it from no longer does URC remotes, so I'm kinda stuck. ( I'm in the UK and URC is not that much used )

It finally downloaded. I guess the older version just wasn't so robust in it's updating.
