One thing to note about the TRC-820 that is unique from any Total Control remote before it: The TRC-820 architecture allows us to use mostly the same modules that were created for the TRC-1080. So you'll see a very rapid deployment of 2-way modules for this remote, since we've already created most of them for the TRC-1080.
We did a similar thing on the new MX-990 for Complete Control. Although it's a new device and architecture, it can use any of your existing MX-980 files, templates, and graphics. We did design a new default template for it, but if you've got a stockpile of work you want to draw on, the MX-990 will let you offer a brand new remote without skipping a beat in programming.
