I start the red record button to program macros for an MX-880, then I go to Functions View and select the buttons I want in the macro. When I hit the black stop button, CCP crashes every time. Is there a work around or another way to program macros? I can't get past it. It doesn't matter which device I select. I'm stuck. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I do have the latest updates.

They showed me another way to do it. It works but not the way the manual says to do it. She saw my machine crash, but could not reproduce on her machine. I have the same issue on 2 different Windows 7 boxes. I can get around it by their suggested method which will let me finish my customers install. I would like it fixed. I'll keep working with tech support unless someone has any suggestions.
