I have a very good client that had his Denon receiver go out yesterday and he has a party tomorrow afternoon. Is there anyway to switch the devices easily in editor, I cannot seem to find the model on the list. It is an TX-SR444 Onkyo receiver, any ideas are appreciated.

Why don't you just fvcking help people rather than post these stupid posts. Tired of the shit on this site. I'll answer this shit later when I am back home and have some time.

Thank you for the input, I got the remote to learn some codes. I sent an email to onkyo and asked them for the hex codes, but I am still waiting

I would try some of the devices that are closest to that one, maybe the SR404 or SR503. As long as you're using only basic commands you might be ok. I'm not familiar with Onkyo, but a lot of manufacturers use the same code for multiple devices, IE Marantz.

As far as I know, there isn't a easy mass device change.

kgossen, if you can't provide constructive help why post?

486 worked forever for everything except newer inputs like PC, Aux2, etc.

1533 and 1361 (surround) I use on newer stuff.
There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions.

Thank you so much my friend! Onkyo still hasn't returned my email and I was getting tired of looking at that list of codes.
