I hope someone can help me out with the connectivity with my URC remotes using CCP and my Microsoft Surface 3, I keep getting an error message saying "DOWNLOAD ERROR...CANT CONNECT" on the mx900 or mx880.I currently bought the Surface 3 as my field computer being that is small and portable. I am currently running multiple program software like PC Access for HAI, Integration Designer for RTI, Pro Control, Russound, Nuvo and a few other ones which I have tested and work perfectly fine. I have called URC tech support and after spending over an hour on the phone nothing got resolved all they tell me is that the Surface is considered a tablet and I would need a real full size laptop in order to work the remotes, which makes no sense since this tablet is running full windows and runs every other software my full size laptop does. My coworker is currently using CCP on his smaller, cheaper Windows 8 ASUS tablet/laptop with no issues. I was running windows 8.1 and we just couldn't get it to work, I went ahead and jumped the gun and updated to windows 10 and finally managed to get the remote to upload and download last night, but all day today and yesterday I've had no luck again..

Did you disable driver signature enforcement and then manually select the mx-880 driver when you first connected the remote?

No I not, I will try that when I get home. Thanks
