Hi all,
I had Windows 7 before and recently decided to upgrade to windows 10 ( I saw that it shares the same structure as windows 8) and now my remote control is not detected by the computer. I tried to add the driver like before, but it is saying that it is not compatible. Since everything is working fine, otherwise, on Windows 10. Is there any way possible for me to have the driver added for the remote so I can program it?
Thanks for your help in advance.

Haven't tried with Win10, but I had a HELL of a time trying to get a 980 at a clients house to connect to my win8 machine. With WMD installed and all. It just would not recognize it, even using the processes outlined in the Control Room. Since we were close to my helper's home, I sent him to go pick up his Win7 machine. After loading the software and WMD, it connected right away.

You may need to re-install mobile device center. Make sure you download the 32-bit or 64-bit version as appropriate for your new OS.
I have had no problems with programming an mx-980 on Windows 8.1. I have not tried on Windows 10 yet.

I'm using a Surface Pro 3 with Windows 10. I had to reload the Mobile Device Center. Worked great ever since.
