When looking at the guide (Verizon FIOS, Motorola QI7100 box) I use channel up/down buttons to scroll through the guide. The problem is that even with the Verizon's remote, one press of either "UP" or "DOWN" half of the time produces two or three-page scroll (it scrolls like 8-12 channels instead of 4). I have the same problem with the new MX-780. Since the OEM remote does the same I think it is pointless to learn the commands from it.
Is there any way to "slow down" the MX-780 when executing these commands?

Thanks
