I recently downloaded channel icons for my MX980. I'm using a Surface Pro 3 w/8.1. The download goes ok but I can't open the file. Says I need Windows Photo Viewer or an update. I don't have the program. Is there another way to open this? I'd also like to know how to get the icons into the CCP so I could get them into the 980.

Sounds like you don't have a viewer installed which weird. If you just want to view them you can open them in your browser.
If you want to edit them download paint.net which free and pretty easy to use.
You can bring the icons into CCP by importing them one at a time using the properties pane or by copying the files into the Favorite Logos folder.
