Troubleshooting an MX5000 with bad volume down button. Tried to re-download client's CCP file just so I could say I tried it - hangs at 77% "Download Failed". OK, maybe the remote has a general failure. Grabbed another 5000 from the truck - hangs at 77% again.
Tried another client's MX5000 file, and another, and another. All hang at 77%. Called tech support, and emailed him my file. "It's corrupt." But I made no changes to it! Nor to any of the other client files. I can create a new file and get to 100%, but I don't want to do that with every client's 5000 file that needs a tweak.
Can anyone who has the most recent update see if they have the same problem with existing files? Current update is 3.4.0421.1.

Just uninstalled and reinstalled old version starting with 2...
Downloaded to 100%. Corrupt file or corrupt CCP?
