I have a mx6000 remote with the cpp software and I am a L1 lutron ra2 installer, but I'm having a heck of a time trying to get my mx6000 to control my ra2 system, I have essentials 8.2 running a full lutron system. To figure things out I was only trying to control my office light where I do the programming,
I have the mx6000 connected to the wifi through the ccp program no problems but when I try to connect to the two-way module programmed into my mx6000 it tells me either it cannot connect to the network (when the remote is not plugged into the laptop) or when it is plugged into the laptop it connects but then says it is switching back to 1-way because all of the 2-way modules are being used by other devices,

any help anyone? i've gone through this many times and always the same outcome, what am I missing or doing wrong?

thanks in advance

If you want to save time, you may want to call URC support on this one. Wireless networking with the CCP remotes, especially the MX-6000, can be quirky. I'm not sure that's the issue you're having though. You can reach them at 914-835-4484.

problem solved, incase anyone has the same issue, you need to put your wifi info into the ccp software, do not do it through the mx6000 remote,
