Here's my unusual situation.

I have an LCD TV and a Video projector. I only use one or the other at a time. They are on different walls in the room, therefore I have two complete audio systems, but they share the same sources.

What I'm doing now works, but maybe you have a better idea.
On the MX-780, I use Main 1 for the TV, and Main 2 for the Projector.

Both "Main" pages have all of the sources. The only difference between Main 1 and Main 2 is the macro that is assigned to the source buttons.

Main page 1 is labeled "TV", and Main Page 2 is labeled "Projector"

It's fairly intuitive, but maybe one of you has a better idea.

thanks!

You can create buttons on Main 1 for "TV" and "Projector", which then jump to an activities page for the respective system and eliminate Main 2. It may not reduce steps, but it may be more intuitive than dealing with multiple Main pages.

Thanks Damon,

So are you saying that when I press the Main button on the remote, all I'll see are two options: TV and Projector?

Then when I choose either of those, it will take me to an activities page with all of the sources?

With that suggestion, Main would be a good place to put lighting, and any other things that are not system specific.
