The xantech flashed before i sliced them and after i connected them through cat5, they didn't and since then even when i connect the xantech only it doesn't work.

What port are you plugging your TV emitter into? What RFID do you have the MRF350 set to?
What RFID do you have the MSC400 set to. What port are you plugged into.
You have named your IR port as IR1, IR2, IR3. Don't do that. Label them as what you actually have plugged into that port (ie. Port 1 - TV, Port 2 - receiver, Port 3 - Sat Box...)

Put the mrf350 behind the tv and use the msc400 at the rack. Done

I had though about it but the TV is mounted and don't have an extra power outlet behind the tv. So options are limited here.

Have you run a continuity or test tone through the Cat5? Sometimes things happen that aren't obvious or can't be seen. Give that a shot and be sure your wire didn't somehow get damaged.
