Hi all,
I had mrf350 which died on me over the weekend and I had a msc400 which i never got a chance to work on. Since mrf is gone i thought of programming it. I did setup macros on/off/watch. I also did the video sensing for 3 equipments. After i uploaded the file to 400 units, 4 lights( green) for video sensing are coming on. I have checked in my settings and only 3 equipments are using video sensing. No wire is infact going into the 4th port where the light is on.
I have programmed the remote too but, seems like it is not working at all for me. I can see blue light on msc400 blinking when i press button on mx 980 but no response after that. I will appreciate help and or advise. I can upload my setup file to look at if some one has time to look at.

Sounds like the msc400 locked up. Have you tried recycling power to it?Try loading a blank file to it, then load your project file.

There's a reset button on the bottom of the chassis. Power cycle it while holding the button down for 30 seconds.
