I have Control Suite already installed and works great with any remote I have programmed, but I recently attempted to program my first MSC-400, and when the "new hardware found" prompts, it requires a software disc for the drivers. If anyone knows where I can find the driver for the controller, I'd appreciate it. I tried calling URC tech support, but they are closed on Saturdays. Thanks.

You actually just have to manually navigate to them, if I recall the Driver name correctly and you installed in the standard location it should be located on your computer here: C:\Program Files\Universal Remote Control, Inc\MSC Editor\drivers\MSC-400\WinXP,Win2000

You're absolutely right. I do see the driver in the file... I'm not sure why the PC didn't recognize it, but I will direct it to the folder the next time I work on the MSC. Thanks again.
