once the code is learned where is it stored for further use? Thanks for your help and time.James

it is stored in the program file.  the only ways to use it again are to use the transport feature or import the whole device if you are programming the same model remote.  when you use the transport feature, you navigate to the file that has the code, then drag the codes into a button in your new file.
