I've got somewhat sophisticated whole house setup. Key parts are a 4x4 HDMI matrix switcher so therefore all TVs get least common functions when multiple TVs/Projector selects a singlesource.

I've added a Panasonic Plasma in the basement but it only requests/processes stereo sound so if it is left selecting a source then that source (like in theater room) will only give stereo until I remember this fact. To simply and not have to remember I bought a cheap Panasonic Sound bar that does request Dolby and DTS.

I set it up on MX980 but soundbar is not in CCP database so I learned codes. Initially no IR codes worked routing over RF through a MRX-1. Could see emitter light up and adjusted IR power. I attempted pure IR from remote to confirm learned codes and codes were good but had two issues. IR receiver on soundbar is very small and I had very low level of RF noise (had to wait for night to see). Fixed both.

Now to my real point... does anyone know if discrete codes exist for any input and power. I'm guessing sound bar shares IR codes (it describes in manual selecting code set 2 for sound bar if overlap occurs with another Panasonic device) with some Panasonic AVR and hoping someone can point me there before trial and error begins.

Learned buttons had issues. Tried many times. Located problem buttons across several devices.

Still hoping but losing faith for discrete power on and power off and direct to source of TV, DVD, and Bluetooth. Cant find way to get an anchor and move from there -- any suggestions?
Thanks.
