I'm having trouble with a customers remote. It was working fine before, but we recently installed a rack for his equipment because it was getting to hot in his mechanical room.
Now his remote for the great room isn't working that well. I have the controller inside the rack and the rf station is about 8 feet away. I don't really understand why it worked before and now it doesn't. All the monomini connections are fine for the bugs, but it still isn't working properly. Any suggestions?
it is about 30 feet away from the great room. and yes i did move the rf controller. i figured out that the bug was bad and it wasn't sending a flash to the cable box. the 3.5mm got pulled out when it was being removed by a coworker.
