Hello Everyone,

I searched through the forums to see if there was anyone experiencing a similar problem but didn't see much. I have an MX-780 and MRF-260; when I try to download my program to the remote it gets 45% of the way through, begins to "upgrade Ir firmware" and then fails. I get the error code [DS-S00]. I tried downloading the program to the remote after putting the remote in bootloader mode but got the same error. CCP appears to be updating correctly. My version is 3.3.1029.2. Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Brett

Before diving into trying to figure out more technical possible causes, did you happen to try a different usb cable and fresh batteries when downloading?

I did, indeed. I thought that it could be a driver issue (I'm on Windows 8 64-bit) but I'm able to upload the partial information back to the computer, so it appears to be communicating alright. I tried to do URC's tip about forcing a new driver download via device manager, but they must've gotten rid of the Microsoft USB Sync category that URC references at the university so I wasn't able to complete it.
Thanks,
Brett
