i have seen this forum has many genuine people who put a lot of effort to help people and learn by it. also many idiots who spend half time making mockery of people who have genuine questions.

Purchasing IR hardware to get hex codes out of devices not available in the forum and trying to contribute to the forum does not seem worth of my time.

You got access to software that URC has made clear that this is not to be given out to consumers. TC dealers have to be direct dealers and is not sold through distributors like CCP. TC dealers have had to pass either URC's 4 day course or their online courses which probably has a longer learning curve. URC wants to make sure its dealers use TC and their are money requirements as well. They don't want dealers that just want TC for one or two projects and won't be that familiar with it. So not all dealers can get TC.

It is also clear by your questions on this thread and other threads that you do not even have the basics of the TC architecture as things like the DMS system and Z-wave are VERY easy to set up. The more advanced stuff is using the TC SDK, that most dealers will not use.

So while many people on here can be very helpful with other URC products you won't find that support for TC. You seem upset that people aren't willing to help you with TC. It is something you are not supposed to have and no one is going to risk violating URCs rules if they want to keep using TC themselves.

I hope this gives you some understanding on why you are not getting a lot of help with TC. And, hopefully end some of the bickering on both sides of the fence.

Give me a certified total control dealer near 84105. Or try calling any dealer near this area and ask about z-wave of total control. give them a scenario of dms-1200 plus dms-100 whole house streaming and ask to implement it. or ask them to do a total control camera with recording capability or motion control alerts in total control.
I believe you are pissed off because i am not giving you money to do my home automation. don't expect me to pay you to fly down here and implement small project.

or give me a dealer who can remote support me and i can pay him and let him do offsite control for my house.

There are four dealers on URC's dealer locator in your area. Everything that you listed is basic control with TC. If they are TC dealers, they should be able to help you. You also could contact URC and ask for them to assist you with finding other URC dealers in the area. Not all dealers are placed on the dealer locator.

No one is pissed you aren't paying us. We are not in your market. The fact is that this line is for Dealers ONLY. There is no grey area as there is with the CCP line. It is clear, TC is for dealers only and dealers giving the software out can lose the line and their dealership. URC will not give out Accelerator. URC and dealers will not support a system that an end user is working on themselves.

If you purchased TC, I assume you were working with a dealer that for whatever reason, your relationship soured. The correct course of action with a system like this is to contact URC and/or get in touch with another dealer that can help.
