If I have the protocol and device ID for a component, is there any way in CCP to correlate this to the Device Setup Number that shows up on the IR Database screen? I'm having problems learning codes on my MX-780 (see other thread), and I'm trying to find a unique piece of equipment in the database, and I'm not having any luck.
The component is a Sony Wireless Network Speaker (SA-NS400 & RM-ANU087 remote). IrScutinizer analysis defines it as Sony15 protocol, device ID 255. It's listed in a Sony hex code spreadsheet I have as device under "Active Speakers".
If all else fails, I can copy over the hex codes I have in the spreadsheet, but It doesn't have a hex code for "Party Mode" (function 115), which I use quite a bit.
