This remote will not fully charge. It can sit on the dock forever, and as soon as you take it off the dock it's half charged, and usually two seconds later it goes from a couple green bars to yellow ones. It just never tanks up.

It had that problem with the old battery, so I ordered a new one. No change. I grabbed another wall wart. No change. I don't have another charging dock to try, but that would be inexpensive experiment. Don't know if it's the dock or the remote itself. Anyone seen it?

Try plugging the power adaptor directly into the left side of the MX-6000. That would eliminate the dock from the equation.

Thank you, Joe I didn't know that was even a possibility. On closer inspection, another wall wart actually did fix the problem! The original must not have been supplying enough voltage or current to get this past a half charge. Thank you for your input and your consistent help on this forum.
