Assuming you are a dealer. Are you on the URC forums? You will find them very helpful. As mentioned, you are missing the Device Power On commands in your macro. These are used to track the state of the equipment. Failure to have them in your macro will result in your interfaces jumping back to the main menu.

This reply reminds me of my training:
1. Driver creation/editing is probably the most important step
2. Don't blindly use our drivers, even if they are bold.
3. Check your network.

I'm sure this is common knowledge to the regulars, but I have found it really helpful to build an empty device in the aux category for all non-controlled devices (game systems, computers, etc) as a helpful reminder to call that device's (empty) device power macro so that the MRX-10 can properly track the device power sub-routines and not page flip.
