The code for its main zone is listed as 002. The database does not show Zone 2 for this receiver, but it's got one.

Thanks.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

Which editor are you using?

CCP. Is that the wrong answer? I'm not sure. There are downloads on the site for a residential version and a commercial version; Tech services at URC says they are identical; they are not the same by 20 mB out of 780 or so and tech services cannot explain that; the trainer says the graphics vary slightly.

However, it might help you to know that I'm programming an MX-980. I take it you're trying to pin down what database I might have available to me.

Did you try code 401, which is zone 2 for the AVR-3803?

Denon Codes don't really change much. If in 980 editor of CCP, I would use the avr-3803 zone 2 or avr-1803. Though I cant remember what the 38xx added over the 18xx, so you might not have all the input calls.

CCP-C just has different room names and such. You could get away with using either one, as the both open ccp files the same. I would probably stick with the CCP-R or check the control room for further documentation.
