I just downloaded CCP Residential today for the first URC remote I'll be programming since switching computers. And the image gallery is empty! How does one get this?

EDIT:
I see I was expecting it to behave differently from the way it does. Oddly, this latest version of CCP, both the commercial and the residential version, has very few Theme choices. Why do I think so? Because the URC University course on the MX-980 shows MANY choices that are not in the current version that I just downloaded and opened.

A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

You have to add the expansion packs individually for each one (of the remotes) It's a pain.
