Looks like the editor is one that will not update. I get an error if I try to communicate with the website.

It would be nice to get an updated MX850 editor and that could solve the problems I'm having with two remotes that appear to be bricked.

Anyone help?

Finally got the required file.

Thank you everyone for your help. No question this forum is populated by some very nice people with endless patience for old (80 next year) duffers like me.
