Hello,
The touch screen on my MX-6000 no longer responds to touches on the remote pages or the system menu.
When I try to calibrate, the calibration process continues onward for seemingly forever. I know when I previously calibrated the device, it would be about 5 touches and done (all corners and center). Now it keeps scrolling through and ultimately freezes.
I have pressed the reset button the back and have removed the battery to no avail. Is my remote toast? Anything else I can try before moving forward with a replacement unit?
Thanks, TWells

No I bought a used MX-6000. I'm still hoping for a solution so that I can put that remote back to work.

Unfortunatly, it was a common problem on MX-6000. Even got some new out of the box like that.

5000 and 6000 both suffered that same issue. I never heard of a fix, just a replacement.
