hello everyone
i have MX-880 for a while and like to update new device,
i am using CCP version 3.0.1.0340.1 with window 7 pro, and driver is 64 bit USB fw1.
all configured for all device, i can see in ccp but cannot download into remote.
please help

Check the URC dealer portal. There are instructions for fixing that.

What error do you get? Did you try running CCP as administrator?

there is no error code, upload ok, download no error but its not storing new configuration, i try to go back old software but its not allowed to go back

if you go into device manager, what shows up when you plug in the remote?

Not sure if you want to or not, buy what about reseting the remote? Not sure if that would help or not.

If you go into CCP, go help and then the tech guides you can find the guide for the 880. Press and hold the Watch and Enter button for 5 seconds, then scroll down to Erase and Rest.
Granted if this doesn't work and you can't send the file to the remote then you can't use the remote at all.

Resetting will erase the programming on the remote. I doubt your issue lies within the program.
