How do you identify or tell the difference between the MX890 and the MX-890i?

The model number is listed at the bottom of the remote. If the remote is used, there may be a sticker covering this that says living room or family room, etc.

Just had a MX-890 box come through my office with a MX-890i labeled cradle which I thought was strange. The remote has the MX-890 labels and the numbers inside the battery compartment match the box. Unless there's a way to verify in CCP I guess we'll just make sure it works. Thanks!

Also, the "I" series remotes come in green boxes and the other ones come in blue boxes.

Thanks for the feedback! The box is the darker version for the MX-890. The cradle looks to be the only thing that's MX-890i labeled. Strange!

There should be a label under the battery that I believe will list it as a regular or "i" model. To be honest, I was not even aware the 890 was available in 433 MHz yet. I have not seen any.
