Hi All-

I was performing a config download on an MRX-1 when I got a checksum error. I tried downloading the config again and it just fails. I went and looked at the MRX-1 and its status, sensor and ethernet lights are just flashing. Also, I don't get a link on the ethernet port. I've tried a factory reset but that didn't help. Is the unit bricked?

Thanks!

Did you check the URC Control Room for a solution on this? I think there is one posted...

I would but I'm not a dealer...

Next step is to ask my dealer what the solution is but he hasn't gotten back to me yet. Would it be possible to post the solution? This has been driving me crazy! :)

Thanks!

I do have access to CR, but I am not seeing anything in CCP or TC under base stations and having zero luck with a search

Thanks for checking SysIntegration. I will most likely have to buy a new one. I was just hoping to save $299.
