You'll have to program from scratch

You can use Transporter to move devices or codes from one remote to another, but you cannot copy an entire remote.

Joe could you elaborate, or point me to a thread that explains this ?

I tried to copy a device and import it without success (from 890 t0 780)

you can only copy ir codes on buttons 1 at a time from one remote to the other.  the only reason you would want to do this, is if you learned a bunch of ir codes into one project and want to reuse them on another.  if you are using mostly database codes, you are better off programming everything from scratch.

macros and graphics cannot be imported between those remotes.

While in the CCP editor, go to the HELP tab at the top.
Choose TECH GUIDES.
Next choose MX900/KP900 Programming Manual.
Go to P.28
