I thought I'd try this first here before going directly to URC on this one.

Customer complains that occassinally his MX3000 screen goes white and then he gets the initialization screen (that occurs on rebooting). I've never been able to witness this, but he says it has happened several times.

I had this remote in my showroom for a month (with our configuration for our theatre) before I downloaded his configuration and gave it to him. I always try to do this to burn them in before handing it over to the customer. The remote never gave us a problem here while in our possession and we used it daily for probably a month. The remote does have a new battery but that did not solve the problem.

Anyone have this issue on a consistent basis? Any thoughts?
